PicMelo provides AI-powered online image editing services, including but not limited to background replacement, portrait retouching, style transfer, and image enhancement.

By using our services, you agree to and are willing to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Usage Rules

You agree not to, while using the service:

• Upload images involving illegal, pornographic, violent, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or maliciously attack the service
• Use automated tools to abuse service resources at scale
• Impersonate others or provide false information

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-generated result images are owned by you. You may freely use them for personal or commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The service will always operate without interruption or errors
• AI-generated results will fully meet your expectations
• The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these terms, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing for resolution.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via website notice or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
